Effective September 1, 2015, the NYSUT Member Benefits Catastrophe Major Medical (CMM) Insurance Trust has been named as the sponsor of the CMM Plan -- replacing the NYSUT Member Benefits Trust as the sponsor.
Please note that other than the change in the official organization that sponsors the CMM Plan, no other changes have been made to this Plan.
