join as an

Effective October 1, 2022, all NYSUT members (both in-service and retiree) are also automatically provided with a
$5,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance benefit through Chubb Group Insurance Companies (
previously, the coverage amount was $1,500 per member).
In addition, all NYSUT members receive
free travel assistance services from AXA Assistance through this benefit that focus on providing coordination services to travelers.
