Our endorsed Connect America program provider is offering the following new lower pricing options and enhancements for NYSUT members and their families. Both traditional landline and cell phone systems are available.
This program ensures that NYSUT members and/or their family members can get quick assistance whenever they need it and provides peace of mind in the event of an emergency.

In-Home Landline Personal Emergency Response System – $17 per month/$23 per month with fall detection

In-Home Cellular Personal Emergency Response System – $20 per month/$26 per month with fall detection

Mobile Personal Emergency Response System – $26 per month/$32 per month with fall detection

Mobile GPS Personal Emergency Response System (with the option of a wearable button on neck or wrist for participant) – $26 per month/$32 per month with fall detection
