In light of the current situation as it relates to the COVID-19 outbreak and economic concerns that exist, Nationwide -- the provider of the NYSUT Member Benefits Corporation-endorsed pet insurance program -- has announced the following:
Nationwide is currently offering a grace period on billing for all pet insurance policyholders, by request. Nationwide's customer service representatives can provide a 60-day grace period for non-payment resulting from COVID-19 impacts, effective through June 1, 2020.
