MetLife's Catastrophe Response Vehicles have been deployed and will be on location at least through the end of Tuesday, October 16, 2018 to help assist with the recovery process:

MetLife Auto & Home's National Catastrophe Response Team and Claim personnel are prepared to help customers with:
1. Securing shelter as needed
2. Guide customers through temporary repairs
3. Issue advances for immediate expenses using debit cards and electronic fund transfers
4. Promptly compensate customers for any damage to property.
MetLife expects the State of Florida to establish an insurance village in the coming days and may move as needed. Policyholders unable to travel to this location can submit their claims by phone or email for assistance.
