How to Order with Working Advantage:
You can order from Working Advantage either online or by phone, but you must have our unique NYSUT Member Benefits member identification number. To retrieve this number,
click here to access the Member Center.
You can also call 800-626-8101 weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST) to get the Member Benefits ID number.

Online -- Order 24 hours a day. To register your Working Advantage account online,
visit the Working Advantage website and enter our unique NYSUT Member Benefits member identification number. You will be prompted to create your personal account using your email address and a password of your choice.

Phone -- Representatives in the Working Advantage Customer Service department are available to help you Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST).
